You didn't make fixes, you just took a ion cannon from a site with a lot of failed add-ons. So YOU shut up.

Apparently the Ion Cannon messes with the new Cache system that Badspot added in. Not sure about that, I just read it somewhere.

Not just the new system. Due to the destructive projectile, and potential for event spam, it was failbinned.

This is what I'm talking about. Changing the look, sound, or CI of the weapon will not change the fact that the whole damn thing is bullstuff.

Exactly. That doesn't fix the Addon. it was failed because of most of the things fixed, but the biggest reason still stands. The projectile and explosion are WAY too OP.
