What makes a TDM?
Is it the weapons?
The build?
The vehicles?
Classes?
What is it, and what would be the best TDM to you?

For me, it's mostly the weapons.
The build is another thing too.


EDIT: Post your idea of your TDM, with weapons, build, objectives, etc.

Good atmosphere, good weapons, no admin cheating, nice people playing, decent vehicles and finally, a good build.

A good build is the key, but nice and balanced weapons are a must.

Something that makes it deferent the the rest. Like having to place a c4 at a key point to be able to break into a vault and steal all the cookies.

Builds probably the biggest thing, if your build is no fun to play in then it just fails all together. (not meaning it always has to look nice, but it has to be layed out so that playing a TDM in it is fun)

Then after that its just the players and how balanced the teams are and such.

Really everything's important.

Balanced weapons.

I went to a idiot's server where a team had pistols, a stuffty grenade launcher, HE-Grenade and a RPG-7 while the other team had Bullup (2-3 shoot kill), AS-50 (1 shoot kill, also QQ'able), Rocket L., Fighter Jets and a attack helicopter.

I don't want to see those kind of TDM's.

Build
Host/admins (behavior)
Balanced Weapons
Non-douchebaggy players
Structure/organization/style
Theme (Somewhat, depending on your preference)

I'll add to my comment that bad weapons can ruin a good build and bad build can ruin good weapons. So they really go hand in hand.

I'll add to this, abusive admins ruin the whole thing even if the build is good and the weapons are perfect.

A decent objective. Making the objective not obvious or hard to do will lead to everyone ignoring them and just killing each other.
