I bought a new Laptop with the following specs:
HP Pavilion dv6-3150us
Intel Core i5-460m preocessor 2.53 GHz
640GB (5400RPM) Hard Drive
4096MB DDR3 SDRAM (2 Dimm)
Intel HD Graphics with shared graphics memory
Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit


I tried to play GTA IV, and the ground and buildings didnt show up.
And i tried to change the settings but they wouldnt go up or down, they kept going back to original.
Can i please get some help?

What should i do?

Reinstall or get a desktop.

Laptops can't do stuff. And i'm on one.

Laptops aren't good for games.
To play GTA, i recommend you a console or PC.
When you play a game, they fast overheating.
