Although I didn't anti-alias it and I kinda suck at writing with a mouse.. a lot.

No it doesn't, it's not even vaguely similar.

It's done in Flash, Adobe's paintbrush tool automatically adjust width of line based on quickness of stroke.

Yes, they produce roughly the same effect.
