So me and a certain banned member were playing an arousing game of Tf2 when suddenly we see these random engies that start grouping  and moving together.

Whenever we would destroy a building about four engies would come running into the room and start gang banging each other.

The medics would not heal you, whenever you called for one they would come up to you and just shoot you with the syringe gun...

The heavys would group together and forget everyone up and well... you'll see

Sounds like saigns.de servers. They have specially scripted bots, that copy avatars from a random user on the server, and they're a bit handicapped through, as engineer.
They're premium servers, and the bots are there to keep premium players busy at all times.

It's the easiest to use, as you can sneak around the battle to get behind the enemy. It's only bad on 2Fort, as far as I can tell. I'll trade with you to give you one, as I have a dozen if you like.
