I get at least 500kbs usually, or 1mb+ if I'm not doing anything else.

it's actually because my dad is downloading a crap ton of stuff. It's normally 200 kb/s. He made it so my download speed on steam can only go up to 90 kb/s :C

He's a computer technician/programmer. He downloads a lot of programs and fixes stupid peoples programs as well. so he does a lot of downloading.'
