There's no Fraps for Macintosh, but you can try ScreenFlow.

The best one is to use Quicktime. It comes with the mac, then do File < New Screen Recording

Wierd. I can use it and I never bought QuicktimePro.

I recommend SnapzXPro. There is a free trial you can use. It does cost. But its well worth it. Better than Frap, I think. Only for Mac though.
