Why do I get the message saying that I must have registered with Blockland Cloud at least once before creating an new account?

Is there something I should know?

This means that you have to join Kalphiter's server before registering.

Okay? Really?

That seems kinda like an odd hindrance to account creation, but ok.

I shall make an effort to try.

My server has also been crashing recently.

This keeps happening because of morons who can't code and cause a ton of unclosed TCP connections to fill up. Among those responsible are the creators of the WHOIS mod (however not many people use it).

the creator of it messaged me suggesting i use it (i didn't). he is probably going around asking a ton of hosts. probably no bad intentions, but you should delete the mod and yell at people using it.
