How do you know that? :/

Your consciousness dies. Your body rots. That is everything accounted for.

I believe you reincarnate to one of two places: Heaven, or Hell. If you are a good soul and a nice person you will be hand picked by the hand of Jesus to reincarnate in Heaven. On the flipside, if you have committed several counts of murder/rape/theft/anyothergravesin and haven't confessed or asked for mercy you will reincarnate into hell. I believe the worst punishment they could possibly put you through in hell is being away from Jesus/God. I do believe that people make mistakes though. If they confess their sins(no matter how large) God will forgive them.

TD;LR: Im a Christian, and I believe the generic Christian beliefs.

Kade you obviously don't get this topic.
It's discussing what you think happens after death.
It's not about god, not about religion(Well, could be somewhat), not about how you hate the govenrment.
The topic covers almost everything humans believe
they believe when they die everything goes peachy but your dead
Brain signals stop and you decompose
Pretty much all that happens when you die

I used to believe this, but now I just believe you'll relive your life in some way/shape/form, without remembrance of your previous life.

Also, "good soul" is a word that pretty much everyone has a different definition for, so there really is no "good."

Im not completely 100% sure that what I said was correct. But one thing I can tell you is that im 100% sure of is that you will not remain on this Earth when you die.

Well, given you don't suffer brain damage, your brain would remain active for a short while after you die.

While you're brain is still active, I would think you'd go into a lucid dreaming state.   And do to the way dreams work, this state could seemly last forever for you.

Then again I haven't had any coffee and I just got up, so I may not be thinking clearly.

How do you know that? :/
Have you paid one cent of attention to what I've been saying?

Our thoughts and all that jazz, they're just electrical pulses and chemical reactions.
Do you really think that they're gonna magically find their way to your "new body?"

What do you mean
when you die you don't fly away
how the hell would that happen
you decompose and die

OKay starfish, no need to go athiesmastic on me. Im a Christian and I stand up for what I believe. Whenever you are feeling down and out, go pray, go to church. You will always be welcome in Gods house no matter how many times you sin. I don't pray enough, and I don't go to church enough. But atleast I know I will always have someone who cares about me more than anyone will ever care for you; I have God.

But one thing I can tell you is that im 100% sure of is that you will not remain on this Earth when you die.
Actually, you're very wrong.
Energy never disappears; never goes away.
It will never leave the Earth.
Nothing, not a single molecule of your existence will leave this planet.

Assuming that humans don't interfere with all of this newfangled space travel.

It wouldn't last forever, since you'd have to think infinitely fast for that.

ok guys listen up

There is no such thing as reincarnation or life after death because death by definition is the destruction of your conscious mind. This coupled with the inevitable destruction of your physical body leaves nothing to reincarnate. Please read this before you post any more bullstuff.

@Kade- You body decomposes, but you soul goes to Heaven/Hell.

@Night Fix- Well, disregard me saying that. Not all of you goes to Heaven/Hell. Just your soul and mind? Better.

Do regular animals have souls?
