God could be seeing the current timeline. If anything changes, a new timeline branches off. :D
the first statement is also true. an unstoppable force would have to have infinite energy and an immovable object would have to negate any energy applied to it.
He mean't as in like this...The next statement I say is true. The previous statement I said was false. He wasn't referring the OP. I think.
As for the second one, just because he knows the future, that doesn't mean free will doesn't exist.
Lets take an unstoppable force, Gravity.
lol Yes it is. You don't get it?
I get it, it's just not a paradox. The statement "Everything I say is a lie" can't be true, because it would contradict itself, so it has to be not true. "Everything I say is not a lie" is not the same thing as "Everything I say is the truth". It's not self-contradicting. The validity of everything you say can not be determined from the one statement.
But if it can't be true than he is lying by saying "Everything I say is a lie".
Everything I say is a lieIf I am telling a lie, that means I am telling the truth. If I am telling the truth, it's a lie.
"Everything I say is not a lie" is not the same thing as "Everything I say is the truth"
The statement "Everything I say is a lie" is no different than saying "I am a liar". If you're lying about that, then we can only determine that that one statement is a lie. It does not speak for everything you say.
If an unstoppable force hits an immoveable object, what would happen? If god knows the future, how does free will exist?PS the second question is not meant to insult he catholic religion.
