Some of these planes are already made, though.
I think these planes would be more than enough:

-Spitfire (made)
- Hawker Hurricane
- Bf 109
- Bf 110 or Heinkel H 111
- B17 Flying Fortress (made)
- P51 Mustang
- Zero (made I think)

I say that we don;t need 33 planes. Most of them were made to counter another. They all practically do the EXACT same thing, just with different models. I say we have like 5 max.
