That was just for the Tron movie where they only lit the visor and the side lights they still use the same LEDs on them using the words on toms visor and the face on guys but they cann switch them and turn them off its mostly for photoshoots though because its hard to see with the LEDs on but sometimes they put the lights on, plus i'm not saying like turning them on and off, just a model with it colored to look like the LEDs are on like you made the glow one.
