that happens to me sometimes i dont know the heck it is
it's because blockland can't write to the folder it's in
I try to join a server and it says "Could not write Cache Database." Hao2Fix
try letting blockland write to the folder it's in, which i think badspot said the computer allows by default, but you guys put security things on to screw up everything
