I finish everything, I just don't sustain time consuming projects if they don't have a steady level of use.

This is a game with (unintended) bad graphics.
Other games purposefully try to have a "retro" feel to them.

Bad example, runescape does actually suck, and still does even with all of the updates.

To use another jagex example, kickabout league has old runescape-esque graphics but was an excellent game before they ruined it like they ruin everything they touch.
