Welcome to the Blockland Forums. You most likely can't make addons unless you know how to script torquescript and make 3d models.

I lurked the forums long before I joined, and to make addons, I type up this waste-of-my-time on how to make addons

To make a weapon/vehicle/item addon, you need-
ScriptingNotepad++ for something to script with and the language or if you have an extra $20 this Torque Interactive Tutorial
MODELINGBlender 2.49 with a tutorial (kinda boring, but VERY helpful. Stay awake if you want to learn how use this) or Blender 2.50, which has no tutorial currently, but is upgraded.

I really wish I was worthy enough to make addons. But if you want the tourque game engine, go to www.garagegames.com. It costs money, so be willing to pay up.
