First This looks liek a lego player, Blockland would have legal issues with lego, anyway that how the avater used to look, so you jsut brought back the old deleted avatar in a stufftier format. GJ

Lego Players have elbows....They have feet......Round heads...

Legal issues? Is this being shipped with the game? I don't think so, will Valve sue for Blockland having mods and decals based on Left 4 Dead, Team Fortress 2, Portal and Half Life? Nope

I don't think it matters as long as you're not doing it for money or entirely claiming it as your own
