I am looking for a good Flash animation program. I'm preferring it to be free, but it doesn't have to be. I want to start trying animation to see if I suck at it or if I'm good at it

Adobe Flash is a good one. But not free.
Eh, Pivot is good for beginners to practice frames.

This thread doesn't belong in this section. Also, there aren't many (if any) 100% free Flash based animation programs.
