The internet isn't about coddling the young. I was a handicapped 9 year old on the internet and acted similarly to this kid, and you know what happened? I got torn a new starfish and learned from my mistakes. Now I look back on those years with shame and that's how it's supposed to be.

Secondly, how the hell would you have us treat a nine year old? Treat him all nice and be supportive and stuff? That's now how the internet works! And I'm not dictating that (like "I have said it thus is it so") I'm deducing that from seven years of using it. People are going to be starfishs on the internet. Going out of your way to change that just sets him up for worse disappointment and hardship later.

Finally, what loving right does a nine year old have to get on the internet and expect to be treated all special and any other treatment is heresy and a crime against humanity? To use your "you wouldn't do that in real life" brown townogy, would a nine year old even walk over to a couple hundred 14-15+ year olds swearing and talking about whole stufftons of mature topics? No. And it's even more bullstuff to think that if for some reason he did (i.e. it was masked a children's game, ha) I don't think it's so heretical to think that at the VERY LEAST he's going to get verbally berated.

You just basically said everyone else is going to be an starfish to him so you might as well be an starfish to him first so he doesn't growing up thinking it is possible that some people aren't starfishs. Also I am not so much annoyed that he is a young kid and you guys are being horrible to him, it is more-so that you are being horrible to him because he is a young kid. Second of all, why the forget. I repeat, why the forget are we supposed to give this kid special treatment? No one is forcing him to be here, and I think it's safe to say that this is a more adult, or at least not kid-oriented community. It is not a place for nine year olds. You're dodging the simple fact that this isn't a place for a child, and trying to say that we're horrible people because we don't stop being a mature (mature in the sense that it's not a place for nine year olds) community the second someone that shouldn't be here, someone too young, walks in.

I didn't mean imply as you never really implied it, what I meant to say was I infer you think you are normal. Also you are still just making excuses as to why it is okay to flame a kid. Now you are stating a kid should know to not join a forum for a lego game, because he should know it is an adult only community(funny considering you aren't an adult, and you know almost everyone here isn't.)
