From Blockland to Platinum-land?

Just recently, I found some strange new game called Platinum Blockland. What I ask is whether Platinum Blockland is a second version of Blockland, or it's just simply a complete ruse. If anyone knows, vote (But it IS optional to post something later on).

Platinum Blockland is a program to help manage Blockland.
Not a game.

So it's a Blockland Add-on IDE of sorts.

Its not a Add-on, its a program. As in "exe".
