He killed a rad Brother by stabbing him in the chest with that rad Brother's own sword, stabbed one of the main protagonists in the chest while he was sleeping, killed another protagonist from a doomed timeline, is an omnipotent being, destroyed a planet, is the ultimate boss, and is out to kill more people. Because of this, I deem Bec Noir the baddest of the bad.
