So i selected to have a few icons Hidden on my desktop with the "Hidden" selection in properties and i need to get them back.

How can i do this?

Go to folder options in the control panel, make yourself able to see hidden items in the second tab and right click properties and unmark hidden.

And just curious, how do i restore the recycle bin icon?

delete system32

Go to your desktop, properties, and click Desktop tab, go to manage icons.

Delete the system32 folder.
Its full of useless stuff that clutter your hard drive.

Yeah, and not only System32 being a very big folder on your Hard-Drive, but it also contains the information files needed for hidden folders/programs. Therefore deleting it will restore your hidden icon. c:
