I'm assuming no one can join. That ping is just a result of the server being unjoinable. You need to port forward and/or enable UPnP on your router, if you have one.

http://forum.blockland.us/index.php?topic=40783.0 On Port Forwarding. But you should check your router's settings for UPnP setting and enable it as it also work with less effort.
