Adding Water into my map.

I have a map in mind that i will make..but it includes water, and i do not know how to add or change the level of water. I work in Flatlands, and below the ground in no water so i obviously need to add water..but how?

Your map is briliant without it i woudent even have been able to do msome things sorry to say... it dont tell you all you ned to know.:x

I have no clue what you just said but I do know that it still needs some more stuff, as I say it is incomplete.
