My house, which is of course EXTREMELY small, is already $20,000. It's not that hard, and this is doing a favor to those ACTUALLY working on construction rather than favoring wealth and opening arms to terrible businesses. NOT ONLY THAT, but reaching this brick goal would allow IMMUNITY to repossession, unless there's a total amount of days you can be inactive, with your newly constructed buildings.
