People go AFK because they have a feeling that if they leave their spot will be taken, but they are what really uses up most of the slots.

And the server being full gives people who don't have very much time to get on a disadvantage.

The follow images compare the RoB city before production came into effect and after production was enabled. The images on the left are taken from two points, one at the door of IcyDesigns at cords 2 - 0 and the other on the steps of K Mart HQ at cords -1 - 0. These images were snapped about a day before production began. The images on the right are in the same position, except they are taken about a day or two into production (this is after the 13 hour rollback incident).

It shows the boom of development initiated by production. I feel it would be interesting for someone to start taking images each day and put them in a compilation to compare.
