Author Topic: Rise of Blockland 2 is now live!  (Read 21856 times)

You just told me it was here and then you quoted it before I had a chance to look it up. <_< >_>

1. supply and demand, if food is scarce when 90% of the shops are food, I'll worry about it
2. ditto
3. the whole point of the mod is to give people some real property rights where we don't explicitly dictate what kind of non-profane builds you can have. don't buy from builds you don't like and they won't get as much. You can't just take people's land because you don't like what they're doing with it, that's injustice.
4. & 5. reasonable suggestions, but I'm not interested in extra features right now when so much of the core game is unfinished.

1) That's kinda the problem as well. There are lots of food stores, and they run out very quickly.

2) ENG has gotten a bit more popular now. I almost ran out of stock this morning.

3) True, but when someone spams and they don't come back, it kinda just takes up space. Atleast the person could do is make a baseplate.

4) This one I think could be easy to make, the only scripting would be the payment really.

5) This would be a more scriptive extra, but would be totally worth it so people don't have to ask who has it and where.

Also, you told me you didn't see it after like about a min. of being afk, so I though you did try to look it up.

I put around 500 food on the market and it was gone in under five minutes.

1. Production is generally slow early game. Once more people join, and people start making second businesses, or improving production of their first, it will pick up.
By end game, you may be producing faster then you can sell, even at minimum price. Another problem is all the idiots selling extremely high demand resources for extremely low price (Referring to very early game, people selling for $5 and $10).

3. If the person never comes back, then their lot gets repossessed after a few days, and players can buy it and do whatever they want with it.

A LARGE suggestion.

/reset

Typing this will give a confirmation message. Upon clicking yes, your stats will be set back to default, and all your bricks will be cleared.

I NEED THIS. I Want to reset badly!

Step 1: buy from friends for max price until you run out of money
Step 2: /reset
Step 3: repeat steps 1 and 2 forever

1) Well, in my opinion those prices are good, because I can get what I need quickly. I look for the lowest prices.

3) This isn't true. Those lots stay as long as Wallet wants them to be.

Also, did the server crash again?

Can't connect, request times out.

What happened? Did my gas factory overload or something? I forgot to add safety to that dang combustible thing. Oh well <3

1. Ofcourse you do. So do I by the way, except I make a profit out of buying out my competitors. Therefore if there's smart people in that type of business online, you're not going to find low prices easily. It's just natural. And production speeds are going up, especially on food.

And yes the server crashed D:

1) True, but that's why we have morons.

I think Wallet is updating the server and possibly the GUI.

What do you mean? Lots are automatically repossessed if the owner doesn't log in after a certain number of days. Unless he removed it in this version of RoB, which I don't see why he would, nor do I see anywhere saying that he did.

Then I may be mistaken.

Will this be coming back up anytime soon?
