The teapot looks very disproportional for some reason, I think the handle and the nozzle is putting me off

Yeah I know I kinda did it in segments and then in the end it didn't fit together, sad thing about drawing with pen.

wip poster i've been working on for the past few days. lots of painting from imagination so it'll be a real challenge! first time i do this sorta thing. still some weird parts with the linework i've got to fix but aside from that its all painting from here on out.

i think it's because the upper part of the face (eyes) juts a little too far out

that or the jaws are pushed too far in

'resemblance' off or 'genetic defect' off? ive deviated a bit from the original designs if that's it. after flipping the image over i can see a little funkiness 'round the brow but it doesn't really scream 'terrible' to me, but maybe im still too accustomed to it.
