It looks like the bird's front arms are its legs and its backlegs are wings.
I cannot unsee it this way.
I can't see it like that, but what i do see is that Vincent's back legs aren't visible, so i am now convinced that Toothed Deer got hungry in the middle of the night and gnawed Vincent's legs off

Ever since you've started this piece I thought the background was bland. I guess it serves as a contrast from the center though, which does look pretty well done. I assume the weapon on the left isn't done yet though.

also I have problems with perspective, facial expressions (sometimes I can't figure out how to get across the emotion I want), and maybe shading but I never really shade
except I want to practice it so I'm trying it in the animation i'm working on

How do i get back into drawing and how do i stop having Ctrl+Alt+Disease

Photoshop's brush tool isn't sharp no matter how much sharpness you use, should i just outline stuff with the brush tool and use the pen tool over it? Is that a method poor people use or something?
