I would post my drawings here but you guys would probably just laugh =(

its face though
it just makes me laugh way more than I should haha
I guess I'll post some of the stuff I've made in a little bit.

I made something for blouk but I'm not sure if he wants me to post it or not so I'll leave it up to him.

Dragons have characteristics of both reptiles (scales, facial appearance, tail) and mammals (tongue, musculoskeletal structure, nostrils)
Are you implying that reptiles don't have a tounge and nostrils?

Because I don't know about you but I definitely see a tounge and nostrils on this here reptile.

For forgets sake just admit you love staring at and drawing dragon frank and beans, that's forgetin fine, but stop using poor justifications as to why you draw them that way. All you have to say is: "I like to draw dragon richards and ballsacks because this is the way that appeals to me" and it would be a lot easier than you coming up with flimsy biological justifications that don't hold up. Plus it looks like a lot less of a lie than "I'm just trying to be anatomically correct."

post them
unless theyre lewd
then dont post them

this conversation is richards

Are you people actually arguing over what an imaginary being looks like

Are you people actually arguing over what an imaginary being snake looks like
FTFY

thats loving adorable
we need more cute fluffy stuff in here

do you ever draw cats powerdag

if, for whatever reason, you think dragons would be warm-blooded, that might make sense. other than that, not at all
they are, if they were cold-blooded they couldn't breathe fire for more than a fraction of a second without experiencing a heat stroke

granted they still couldn't use it for extended (>5 second) periods but it'd actually be usable

Are you implying that reptiles don't have a tounge and nostrils.
no, Im saying reptiles have forked tongues and dragons don't

but yeah ignore the nostrils thing, it was late, I didn't think before I posted

I'm not denying an attraction to dragons, but that's not the reason I drew it that way, I really just wanted to fill that blank space because it was bothering me

the attraction is different for me, love/junk/whatever is an afterthought, not a requirement

who needs logic they're DRAGONS

they are, if they were cold-blooded they couldn't breathe fire for more than a fraction of a second without experiencing a heat stroke
suuure
"Heat stroke results from prolonged exposure to high temperatures -- usually in combination with dehydration -- which leads to failure of the body's temperature control system."
reptiles don't even control their body temperatures

not to mention, if they somehow evolved fire breath, they'd evolve ways to deal with the temperature

who needs logic they're DRAGONS
1: I'm very much so a logical person, it's simply how I think
2: I like to think that there was at least a chance dragons weren't just made up, and if I can think of a logical way to explain the different aspects of something it makes the fantasy seem more real to me

reptiles don't even control their body temperatures
what, reptiles HAVE to MANUALLY control their body temperatures, if they don't they loving die, thats why lizards sun-bathe

why do you think I say they're warm-blooded, its an automatic compensation mechanism that would be required for breathing fire without becoming very fatigued after usage

I may have had the time frames wrong but seriously this is like 1000+ degrees (F) spewing from their mouths, its gonna get really hot really loving fast
