Do a bunch of small scenes, like buildings and stuff of an area that looks like that, then try to tie them all together.

the crotch is kinda weird but I couldnt figure out a way to fix it
will later do the back view and possibly side view (idk if side view is required if you're doing front/back, but I'll probably just do a side view of the head since I think thats the only part that having a side view makes a difference with.)
