Can't get enough of This and that?!?

Well BOOM

We Heard you like to cut stuff!

Realism got boring. Started this as a doodle in class, then decided to scan it and do it digitally. Prolly took an hour or so, just a little sketchish c:

Not quite sure where I'm gonna go with this guy, doesn't even have a name after all this time in development.

I have no idea how to draw his legs.

I could be of help if you like. I could come up with a name or maybe design some appropriate legs.

I kind of need drawing help. I can't draw proportionate bodies... I also am a very sloppy drawer... is there any way to help or fix that?

forget my pencil is dull :I

I guess I could post some sketches of a secret mod Im working on but...

Nah :D

Yes the mods is for Blockland, but it's more of a test for something Im actually going to make.

For proportions, the only thing that I can tell you is print out a guide and study with books or said guide(s).

I used about three super big anatomy books to learn, as well as a simple guide I made. It will take time for you to get them right. Don't expect to read a book, draw once, and have it down. It took me more than three months to get 'pretty' good with human proportion.

This is what I am using for now. Of course, some things are off, but I find it quite helpful.

Also, once you feel you have a decent-ish feel for them, you can use a website such as this to help practice. It is for gesture drawing, which is actually going to be pretty sloppy.

About drawing sloppily, I wouldn't worry about it. My sketches look like utter stuff. I'm probably the only person that would be able to recognize what it was from the sight. If you want to draw more 'neat' so to say, I would think to tell you to slow down, and figure out when to use fast strokes and when to use slower strokes to make neater lines.

If you have questions just ask c:

Oh, and by the way, if you search for 'Human anatomy guide' on google, you will probably get something very.. intense. You don't need to see all the veins and organs and all. A search of something like ' anatomy for artist' or 'artist anatomy guide' should bring some good results.
