Shoulders are off
That crotch spacing is waaaaay too large.
Arms also look too long
Tail should be smaller near where it's connected to the body
Shoulders aren't square enough.

If you have to, find a picture of a person and sketch a stick figure of the body proportions. Then add thickness, shading, detailed stuff or whatever and yeah.

You have to look very closely at the back to see anything.  First real Paint.NET project.
