Pretty sure that's hair, chest on the right side doesn't overlap arm enough, head is massive, arm might not be overlapping the chest enough on the left side, although that might be a misperception of the angle on my part.
At least I think that's what Carol is seeing.
the shoulders aren't at the same angle, the shirt design and collarbone aren't in proper perspective, the head isn't in scale with the rest of the body, the curve on the viewer's left isn't low enough, the shoulders aren't wide enough, the eyes look too cartoon-y, her right arm extends too far towards her shoulder, there's no clothing folds and the shading is stuffty, the nose looks dumb, the chin isn't right, there's no collar on the jacket (or what was intended to be a collar turned out to just be a scribbly mess), the hair and jacket don't follow proper anatomy, there's no interesting pose going on, the eyebrows are wrong, all the facial features are misplaced
