Thank you! I do try. I've been meaning to ink and colour that drawing but my tablet driver wasn't running for some reason and I could not be arsed to restart my computer.

I honestly hate ponies, but, looking past that you are indeed very good at drawing.

All I can draw is half decent chars.

Looks nice so far, but since it's such a simple piece, I'd be a lot more interested in it once it's.. y'know... finished.

That's true :\

Thing is oil paints takes a holyforgetlong time to dry. I painted the one on the right last Thursday and it's still not dry enough on the edge to put tape down on the painted part so I can do the unpainted areas.

And then I have to do two more coats on top of the parts that already have paint on them, three coats total (if I'm lucky, I'm especially worried about having to do more coats on the colored parts, it's very transparent :\)

Damn, I just realized how bad that WIP sketch looks compared to how it is now lol.

I'll post it as a link so that people don't have to see it if they don't want to. I also like this little edit of it.

Pengie, I really like the way you did the hair on that other picture. I see that style a lot on some of my favorite artists and tried mimicking it a little with one of my recent drawings (is not done yet, I'll probably have it done tomorrow).

On another note, we're doing stuff about Les Miserables in my school and we're drawing french people in my art class. This is bound to be fun.

You really need to stop taking yourself so seriously if you're too "mature" for kids shows. Or is it the fact that it's for girls? Are we not past these primitive gender roles, next you'll be telling me girls should stop playing video games and stick to their dolls and guys should never wear pink, or maybe that girls can't wear trousers. I don't even know anymore.

Thanks, I'm quite happy with the hair, I've been trying to get that effect for a while now and I'm glad it's finally working. I can't wait to see yer go at it.
