1. Start with a circle, try to make it as "perfect" as you can.

2. Next, draw a face-reference-cross that will determine which position the snout will be.

3. Erase the bottom side of the cross and begin drawing the snout, feel free to add an external "fang" and add diagonal lines for nostrils.

4. Begin putting on distinguishing features such as the horns, crest and ear/frills.

5. Erase the extra lines, be sure to leave a small gap between the front horn and the crest.

6. Add in the eyes and you're finished!
