Alright, here's some concept sketches of those guys. They're supose to be in airships, but I wasn't sure how to make that look good in the iScribble doodle.

Uhh... not really sure.

The one with the eyepatch I think is named Captain Veldon; a ship for hire, engineering genius. He's from the American kingdom. He navigates his ship alone through a vast and complex arrangement of gears rubber bands and levers.

The girl is a naval Captain of the French kingdom and soon the Supreme Naval Commander (I forgot the title) who charms eyepatch into joining the navy.

The one with the mask was created when I drew him. I think he's just a generic high commander of the Spanish kingdom.

The world has kingdoms whose accents and language are based off irl languages, but the culture and stuff aren't based off them as much.

Edit: That sword is the french one's sword, btw
