I can't give any advice about how to work FireAlpaca or SAI as I've never used either. A Google search in quick start guides and tutorials should yield enough to get you going.

Would anybody be willing to make graphics for a game?
The only real requirements is being able to animate characters. The graphics style is closer to Binding of Issac Fez, while the actual game theme is steampunk-esq
