Like, I don't want to have to get my lines super precise but I also don't want to have a problem coloring them.

i use firealpaca
http://firealpaca.com/en
it works on mac and windows and its pretty easy to use, its kind of like paint tool sai i think
the "correction" option is nice, it sort of slows down your lines when youre drawing them and makes them smoother, if it wasnt for that it would be way harder for me to draw since right now i dont have my tablet and my mouse is hard to draw with
you can get brushes for it as well
