One of these days I'll figure out good formatting, honest.

cool angles

gotta note though that the pistol kicks back a bit too far. remember ur perspective

only thing i suggest is invest in a good pair of B/2B pencils for shading since the most noticable thing about your drawings are non-smooth shading that's clearly done with some sharp end of a pencil, probably HB or mechanical

The pistol wasn't angled downwards, the smoke goes down because that's exactly how smoke works (it's not)
Yeah I should probably get some less sharp pencils, the mechanical pencils I'm using aren't great for smooth.

i kinda like the sharp shading, i think it looks neat

that looks more pixel than draw
its too big of a resolution to be pixel though
i also drew it so i guess that means it goes here
all of my recent drawings have been in that style and nobody has said anything about it so

hey like my dad is considering getting me copic markers instead of the prismacolors i asked for (those are what i use for my markers bc i like how they color/their brush ends are so fun to work with) because he says that the reviews for copics were better than prismacolors
so does anyone here have any experience with copics? i'm kind of iffy about them because they look like they're really pale pastel-ish colors and i like the prismacolors because of the bold colors they give

Prismacolor has always been the betalisk. I have a small set of markers from them (from .005 to brush, plus 2 seipa), and they are awesome. Never heard of Copic. Also if the Copic has "better reviews" and there's a less amount of reviews than the Prismacolor, then his comparison is bunk, especially if the ratio is really high (like 3 five-star reviews compared to like 100 four-star reviews).

i'm saying the exposed barrel is rather long compared to what pistols normally have

when did i even mention smoke?
