What's a railgun without an accompanying VWOOOOSHAAAAANNNG

Dope design tho

i need inspiration i've already done three so far (including the KMR) and i'm running out of ideas. i'm too traditional when it comes to thinking up new gun designs. thank bushido for the kinetic railgun though.

Kinetic Magnetic Rifle. Fires any caliber bullet by transferring momentum from the bullet mount, sliding along the rails, to the bullet. Since no explosion, no sound. Can take any bullet, so long as it fits in the mount.

Uses very powerful pulsating magnetic fields; not appropriate for people with pacemakers or kidney stones made out of iron.

Wouldn't the compression or pushing of air still make a noise, especially if the bullet/cartridge was traveling at a lethal speed

it's gonna make a pretty audible sound no matter what

wait what did i do

also a bullet moving at railgun speeds would break the sound barrier, so it'd have to at least make a PAF

Most bullets that are fired break the sound barrier

unless you're in some other spechel case where you want subsonic ammo, such as if you're using a suppressor and you don't want the bullet to make a sonic boom when it leaves the muzzle

Better luck next time
I'll show you a goat if you want to improve
Dude the tags on it's deviant art page include "Mediocre on purpose".

Oh yeah there's also no point in having the shell casing. It doesn't add to any entry power (or barely does) and just adds weight. Just have it fire the bullet, and not the entire cartridge.

Stony Tark (yes I know his jaw is too wide and his nostril is slightly wack).

We fire 65% more bullet per bullet.

One thing in particular that's throwing me is the position of the eyes. The nose is much closer to one eye than the other.

Forehead kind of scares me (don't do the axe arm thing again)

Yeah, there's a small story behind that. I had to have this done for a class in time, and I was doing it the night before. The eye was originally farther from the nose, but in my reference picture, his eyes seemed closer together than I had them. So, rather than attempting to redraw his face (again), I just shifted the one eye over slightly. Cheap, I know, but this is only for practice purposes and I was sorta running out of time.

Why does it scare you?

His hairline does seem to be oddly receeded, however that is a bit of a nitpick
