she, through (voluntary!) exposure to a stuff ton of mutagenic chemicals and augmentative science, evolved herself into a super-durable utterly-unstoppable survivalistic entity who is unto herself a force of nature
she, however, went such a long time without contact with people or even speaking at all that, once she drove her custom-built home base slash car slash murder-tank into a city that had many other survivors actually living in it and stepped out of her custom-built hermetically-sealed fortress of steel wearing her custom-built storm trooper armor and wielding her custom built-off-of-passing-knowledge-she-gleaned-from-a-
book horse killing blade she somehow finds it very hard to actually get anyone to stop running long enough to make friends
which is especially weird because she actively evolved herself to be as pretty and endearing to onlookers as possible
and, just to rub salt in the wound, the people who she does make 'friends' with she often offers a bed in her ridiculous murder tank, at which point they start breaking gas tanks and solar panels, which are both hard to replace. they are either straight saboteurs or literally too stupid to live in such civilized quarters, she feels
