That depends.
If someone is genuinely unconfident about their gender, then sure... Some confusion might happen.
If someone changes their gender online with intent to manipulate or trick people then yes, that's terrible.

I have never seen Spidey use her Gender to do anything weird/wrong.

Out of personal curiosity, could you please link me to the original? I'm not saying that you're lying. Proof just helps rest my mind.
