You still need to pull your images back a bit so then the pixelation on the right isn't as noticeable. That or work larger? I'm not quite sure if you're resizing the image afterwards but for me this seems like the size it was originally:

I usually just capture it with ShareX and post it, so it resizes the image due to how I'm zoomed in while drawing.

This one hasn't been resized, I just uploaded the file of the drawing itself.
