Let super admins toggle wheather admins can teleport, because Nethog told me to.

And dropping the player at the camera can all be toggled on and off for admins by super admins.
*They can still admin orb around weather the toggle is on or off, but if they aren't allowed to teleport, trying to admin orb teleport will drop them back at the player.

The toggle command is:
/toggleadmintele
