The avatar i have now is supposed to move. Yes, its a .gif, and it was made with PhotoScape.
the canvas size is 80x60.

How do you make it move?

make it 75x75 at the least, that is the limit. You can scale it down and have it still work, but below 75 x 74 pixals.

Also, it doesn't have to be squared off at 75x75. Just as long as it doesn't exceed that limit in height or width, it'll work.

If an image editor can't do certain sizes, then it'd definitely not what you should be using. Although I think PhotoScape can do it... Never heard of it, though.
