No. You need to earn it. Here's how it works.
You attempt to gain a power. This takes one full turn.
Roll = 1,2,3=Fail. 4,5=Success! 6=Overshot power. (Example, wanting to be an elephant and rolling a six would be big elephant, little legs)

Use your awesome mech skills to hammer the screws into a knife, and attach it to the hammer
