I'm an agnostic but I'm most inclined to believe the early polytheistic religions are true because they were first. The Christian religion for example is actually all fake and is just a combination of different element of pagan religions. This happened because the Romans sought to unify an empire under a single religion. The myth that Jesus was born on Christmas is only because a previous Roman god, Sol Invictus (a sun god), was celebrated that day.
