I'll make a mod that makes a serverwide announcement that a person is saving so you can kick/ ban them before they sucessfully save.

Oh damn, I was at that imposter's server, he banned me for no reason. Then I tought I was banned by IcyGamma (the real) for no reason :( I was so sad.

would it be possible to have "permission" to save?
Just a thought.
Like, you are about to save something, server recognizes it, and tells the admin, admin can ban or let save.
Wouldn't that be possible?

Make a custom brick pack with duplicates of original bricks with different names. Open up the .bls file and find/replace all of the most used bricks with the custom duplicate's name.
