No, he was going a bit back and forth between my shop and his.
He happened to be close a few times when I changed the price.

I do change the sign before I change the price, so if that did happen it would really be his fault.

You could have just read this

The player would receive a notice saying the prices are changed. It's impossible to scam them by doing this.
