Should we bump Caliburn to v4 to make room for the Four-Sword?

That is too damn awesome Tak. Although, I do have one question, what gave you the idea to hold one in the mouth?
Lol, Julius recommended akimbo katanas, then I thought to myself "what about more than two"

Then I just screamed LOL put one in the mouth and play undo animation

thus the idea was born.

These look great and all but, I noticed that when more than 20 bots or people are holding these the server starts lagging..

Maybe you can make them less high poly?

Get a better computer.

And seriously who plays with MORE than 20 people? And at what point would ALL those players be on the screen with the weapons rendering at full LOD all at once, unless you are abusing something in some way?

Stop complaining about the polycount because I will NOT change it.

Speaking of performance, I got curious and checked if your models have double sided faces enabled. I only checked some of the swords but apparently they do. In case you don't know: Double faces means both sides of polygons are rendered. But since the backsides are generally inside the model and thus not visible there's no point in rendering them. Assuming 1/2 of a model is always visible to the player, double faces disabled for the entire model means you can have twice as many. Theoretically.

This I am aware of, blender has them on by default and I haven't known about it until recently. I'd have to go through ALL of my models and re-export and re-package them. I plan on doing this... but I'm forgetful and lazy. I do have a second motive because double-sided faces causes a rendering issue with my laptop's GPU, and likely the same is true with my new desktop's as well.

I also have a TON of mods... x_x

I'm thinking One peace ^^.
That's where I got the idea from.  :3

I have MAX graphics turned on on BL and I never lag.

Also I don't want to make you mad but why do you want the poly like it is now,if they were lower wouldn't it mean you could model much faster? And focus more on the scripting?

Sorry if I made you mad.

I don't want to model quickly. That's practicing laziness.

The whole point is to put hours into my work so that one day I will be able to do anything. There is no reason not to go into extreme detail.

It doesn't fit the style? Guess what, little plastic men don't have functioning weapons period. So no weapons make sense.

And, I'm not mad. :p

Are you going to release the katana in this pack in a later version or are you planning on doing something else.

Dunno yet. Its definitely being released, but idk when.

Bump, takato told me to, and I'm obligated to do so.
